Happy Birthday Ella!

WOW! We made it a year! So excited to celebrate Ella's birthday with her friends and family! We had quite a group; Chad's family came from California, my grandparents drove in from Alabama, my sister flew in from Colorado and my aunt drove in from the Texas coast. Thank you so much everyone for coming to celebrate with us!

 

We had a party at our house on Saturday with snacks and games. I had a great time putting together all the decorations and Ella's smash cake.

 

After cake Ella got to open presents. She had a ball tearing through all the wrappings!

 

The weather was gorgeous and Chad and his dad had just finished putting in a new deck in the backyard. Ella received a fun picnic table that works perfectly on the new patio.

 

We had such a wonderful time celebrating Ella's birthday with all her friends and family! <3

Ella loves drumming on things. Here she found the paint can and went to town!

Today was sunny and in the upper 70s. We had a great time playing outside and enjoying the sunshine!

Koa normally runs away when Ella crawls over to him, but today he and Ella were making friends!

Now that the weather is getting nicer we have been spending time outside after work. Ella loves to play in the front yard!

 

Birthday Hike

We went hiking at Bull Creek today for my birthday. Ella loved the gorgeous weather outside! We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

   

Crawling

Ella has started crawling all over the place. She loves to crawl after the animals and follow me and Chad when we leave the room.

She's also started to use toys and furniture to stand.
