Grocery Shopping

Ella's big enough now for the child seat in the grocery cart! She had a great time helping us pick out our weekly groceries and enjoyed watching all of her fellow shoppers.

Ella Visits Elba

Last weekend we flew to Elba for my Grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary. It was Ella's first time flying and she did a great job! The airline was really nice and gate-checking the car seat and stroller was super easy.

On the way from the airport to my Grandparents' house we stopped for lunch and Ella got to try out her first highchair!

We got to Elba just in time for the homecoming parade at the downtown square. We got a great spot in front of the hardware store and Ella got to see her great-great aunts Judy and Alice on their floats.

After the parade we went to go see Perry's lakehouse. Ella loved walking around the creek!

On Saturday we had a brunch and an afternoon reception to celebrate my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. Ella had a blast meeting all of her relatives!

Saturday evening we had bbq at my Grandparents' house, watched some football and played cards.

ACL Fest!

This weekend Chad's sister Noelle came to visit and we all went to the Austin City Limits festival at Zilker park. We took Ella with us in the mornings and she loved it! She had a great time listening and dancing to the music and seeing all of the people.
